When I was 6 years old, I woke up in the middle of the night to the sounds of my mom gasping for air with blue lips. It turned out it was a heart attack. That night I vowed to myself that it will never happen again and something needs to change.
Over 18 million people lose their battle to a heart condition globally every year (According to the World Health Organization).
And while medicine cannot prevent a heart attack, it can rescue the patient with CPR. Thus Heart Defender was born.
